From your door to your wardrobe.

Four steps on your side, six stages on ours. Here is exactly what happens to a garment after the rider takes it — and what we promise at each point.

Your side

Four steps. No app, no account.

You do not need to download anything or create a login. A phone call or a WhatsApp message is enough.

01

Book a slot

Call, WhatsApp or fill the pickup form. Tell us your area and a window that works. We confirm on WhatsApp during shop hours.

02

Hand over

The rider counts every item with you, notes any existing damage and gives you a bill with the price confirmed. Nothing leaves unaccounted for.

03

We clean

Each garment is sorted by fabric and colour, spot-treated where needed, cleaned on the right route, hand-finished and pressed.

04

Get it back

Delivered to your door on the agreed date, on hangers or in protective covers. Payment is arranged when you book.

Our side

Six stages behind the counter.

This is the part you never see. It is also the reason a two-year-old oil stain sometimes comes out, and a cheap polyester sometimes does not.

01

Inspection and tagging

Every item is checked for fabric, lining, colour stability, loose buttons, weak seams and existing damage. Anything unusual is noted on your bill before cleaning.

02

Stain assessment

Stains are identified — oil, protein, tannin, dye, ink — because each reacts to a different treatment. Old stains and colour bleed are assessed honestly before we promise anything.

03

The cleaning route

Dry clean, spot-treat or specialist process. Delicate work — zari, sequins, mirrors, beads — is protected or cleaned by hand rather than tumbled.

04

Finishing

Steam pressing on industrial equipment, with hand finishing for structured shoulders, pleats, saree falls and lehenga flares. Careful work to avoid shine, scorch marks or crushed collars.

05

Quality check

Every order is checked against the bill: count, stains, buttons, creases and packing. If something is not right, it goes back before it goes out.

06

Packing and delivery

Shirts and suits on hangers, sarees and lehengas in protective covers or boxes, blankets folded in protective packing. Delivered by our riders.

Turnaround

The honest bit

What we will not do.

Promise a miracle

Some stains are permanent. If the fibre has taken the dye, no process will bring it back. We will tell you before you pay.

Use a shortcut

No harsh bleach to make a white look whiter, no hot tumble to save time, no mixing two customers’ garments to fill a load.

Invent a charge

The price at pickup is the price on the bill. Extra work is only ever done after a phone call and your yes.

Good to know

Questions about the process.

Will my clothes be mixed with someone else’s?

No. Each order is tagged and kept together from pickup to delivery. Every order stays a single lot.

How do you decide the cleaning route?

By fibre, colour, construction and trim. Wool, silk with unstable dye, structured jackets and anything with fusible interlining go on a gentle solvent route. Cotton and linen are tested for colour stability before cleaning. We test a hidden seam where there is any doubt.

What if a button breaks or a seam opens?

Normal wear can happen in cleaning. We re-stitch buttons and minor seams as part of the service where we can. If a garment arrives fragile, we will point it out at pickup.

Can I collect from the shop instead?

Yes. Choose “I will drop it at the shop” on WhatsApp or just walk in. The shop is open every day; on Tuesdays, call before visiting. See hours and directions.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Tell us as soon as you notice. We will inspect the garment and, where the fault is ours, agree how to put it right. If it cannot be fixed, we will say so honestly and discuss the options.
