Standard pickups run Monday, Wednesday – Sunday, 9 am – 8 pm. Tuesday pickups are by arrangement — call or message us first. Choose a pickup window when you book; we confirm rider availability.

Six standard days, plus Tuesday.
Our riders leave the shop in Sheikh Sarai Phase-2 through the day. Choose a window that suits you when you book.

We do not run the standard Tuesday round. Call or WhatsApp before booking and we will arrange a collection if the route allows.

How does a free pickup work?
Book a slot and we will collect from your door. Pickup and delivery are free across our service areas.
Can someone else hand over the clothes?
Yes. Mention the name of the person handing over in the notes, or tell us on WhatsApp. The bill is issued in the name you give us.
What if I am not going to be home?
Leave the bag with your security desk or a neighbour and tell us in the notes. We will message you a count of everything collected.
How do I pay?
Payment is arranged when you book. Business accounts can be invoiced monthly by agreement.
Can I reschedule?
Of course — call or WhatsApp us with the new date and slot, ideally before the rider leaves the shop. We will confirm the change.
