We collect and deliver across South Delhi — Sheikh Sarai, Malviya Nagar, Saket, Greater Kailash, Hauz Khas, Panchsheel Park, Chirag Delhi, Vasant Kunj, Vasant Vihar, Green Park and Mehrauli — as well as select sectors of Gurgaon. Not sure about your street? Send us your pin code on WhatsApp and we will confirm during shop hours.

Our store is open 9:00 am to 8:00 pm every day except Tuesday. On Tuesday we work by appointment — call before visiting. Standard pickup windows are 9:00 am–12:00 pm, 12:00 pm–4:00 pm and 4:00 pm–8:00 pm. We confirm rider availability when you book.

Our rider calls you before arriving, both for pickup and delivery, and reaches you within a time slot you approve. If you are not home, we can hand over to your security desk or family member — just tell us in the order notes.

Absolutely. Walk into Lachman Sons at Shop No 8, Pocket L, DDA Market, Sheikh Sarai Phase-2, New Delhi 110017 during store hours. On Tuesdays, call before visiting. Self drop-off orders are welcome.

Turnaround depends on the item and the treatment. We confirm the expected ready date when we collect your order, and call you if anything changes.

Every garment is counted, tagged and inspected in front of the rider, and any existing damage, missing button or stain is noted on your bill. Your order stays as one lot through the entire process — we never mix garments from two customers.

Tell us as soon as you notice. If we missed something — a spot, a crease, a missed press — we will review it with you and agree how to put it right.

Never. Every order is processed as its own lot with separate packing, which is how we keep colours from running and freshness intact. It is slower than a bulk conveyor, and that is exactly why your clothes come back fresh and well finished.

Dry cleaning cleans clothing and textiles with a solvent instead of water. Special solvents and soaps lift oil, grease and stains without swelling the fibres the way water does, so dyes hold, shrinkage is avoided and delicate work stays intact. It is gentler on fibres, which is why woollens, silk and heavily worked outfits are dry cleaned.

Yes — heavy-work bridal wear is one of our specialities. Light-work lehengas start at ₹600 for 2 pieces, heavy-work 3-piece sets range from ₹850 to ₹3,000, sarees with heavy work are ₹250–₹350 and sherwani sets are ₹500–₹1,200. Zari, sequins, kundan and mirror work are hand-finished with care.

Every garment is assessed before cleaning and the route — solvent, spotting agent or hand finish — is chosen for that fabric. Old oil stains, ink, turmeric and sugar stains behave very differently, so we spot-treat first and clean second. If a garment looks risky, we call you and take your go-ahead before touching it.

Yes. Dry cleaning a single-bed blanket is ₹300 and a double-bed blanket is ₹400–₹500 depending on the layer and filling; lighter woolen and A/C blankets are ₹200–₹250. Rajai and quilts are cleaned and returned in protective packing.

We do — drapery, curtains, upholstery and household textiles are a regular part of our work, and take-down and re-hang can be arranged. Because these are priced by size and fabric, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will confirm the price.

Yes, leather and rexin garments are cleaned and re-finished by hand — jackets from ₹700 to ₹1,200 and long leather jackets from ₹1,200 to ₹2,000. Suede and nubuck are treated with a dry process to protect the nap.

Small repairs — a button, a hook or a short seam — can be re-stitched as part of cleaning where possible. Tell us at pickup so it is noted on your bill. For major alterations, we will tell you honestly if it is not something we can do.

Fabric, work and stain level decide the route, and that decides the price — a plain cotton shirt is ₹100 while a designer silk shirt with work is ₹150–₹200. The rate list on this site is a genuine guide; the final amount is confirmed at pickup after the rider inspects your clothes.

The rate we confirm at pickup is the amount we bill. Pickup and delivery are free in our service areas. If a garment needs a special process that costs extra, we ask you first.

Payment is arranged when you book. Corporate and bulk accounts can be invoiced monthly by agreement.

Yes. Offices, clinics, salons, guest houses and retail teams can arrange scheduled dry cleaning for uniforms, workwear, curtains and furnishings, with monthly billing by arrangement. Share your weekly volume on WhatsApp and we will send a rate card.
