We have been at the same counter in Sheikh Sarai Phase-2 since 1984, and this is one of the services our regulars ask for most. The work starts before the machine: every item is checked for fabric, colour, lining and existing damage, and the cleaning route is chosen for that garment — not for the batch.
Pickup and delivery are free across South Delhi and Gurgaon. Book a slot, and our rider will count and tag everything at your door before it leaves the house.
How the process works
- Book a slot. Call, WhatsApp or use the pickup form. Tell us roughly what is in the bag.
- Inspection at your door. Each item is counted and any pre-existing damage is noted on the bill.
- Cleaning and finishing. Fabric-specific cleaning, spot treatment where needed, hand finish and steam press.
- Delivery on the agreed date. Pressed, packed and returned to your door.
What we need from you
Tell us about anything you already know: a stain that has been there for months, a button that is loose, a zari thread that has started to pull. The more we know before we start, the better the result. If a garment is risky, we will call you before touching it.

How quickly will I get my clothes back?
Turnaround depends on the item and treatment. We confirm the expected date at pickup and call you if anything changes.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes, inside our South Delhi and Gurgaon routes. There is no pickup surcharge added at the door.
Can I send a photo before booking?
Please do. Send it on WhatsApp and we will confirm the route, the price and whether the garment needs special handling.
What if something is not right?
Tell us as soon as you notice. If we missed something, we will review the garment with you and agree how to put it right.
